Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for the potential treatment of obesity, overweight, and potentially type 2 diabetes (T2D).

Fortrea Daytona Beach, FL is currently recruiting Healthy Adults, Ages 18-65

Women Eligibility Criteria

• Must be of non-childbearing potential due to:
  • Age 40 and up with no periods for 12+ months
  • Surgically sterile
    • Hysterectomy
    • Bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
    • Salpingectomy
    • Bilateral oophorectomy with documentation
       
• Body Mass Index
• Participants must have a BMI of: 27-45
   
• Smoking criteria
• Exclude more than 10 cigarettes per day
   
• Screening procedures
• Screening procedures for this study may include:
• Vitals
• Physical and neurological examinations
• Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Collection of blood samples
• Drug and Alcohol testing
