Study Details
The purpose of Cohort 3 is to evaluate the effect of the study drug on the amount of digoxin (and possibly its breakdown
products) and rosuvastatin that get into the blood and/or urine and how long the body takes to get rid of them, when given
alone and together. The safety and tolerability (side effects) of the study drugs, when given alone and together, will be
evaluated. This study may evaluate the effect of the study drug on the amount of a substance in the blood called
coproporphyrin 1 (biomarker research).
Fortrea Dallas, Tx is recruiting for:
-Healthy Males and Females of Non-Childbearing Potential, age 18-55
-Body Mass Index between 18-32
-Study involves 1 stay of 15 nights & 1 follow-up visit
-Compensation up to $10,385 may be provided for time and participation
-Refer a friend to receive $350 per qualified referral
