Study Details

The purpose of this study is to measure how much of selinexor gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to get rid of it, when given alone and when given carbamazepine (an approved medication for the treatment of seizures and certain kinds of pain). In addition, the safety and tolerability of selinexor will be evaluated, when given alone and when given carbamazepine.

Fortrea Dallas, TX is recruiting for:

-Healthy Adults, age 18-65

-Body Mass Index between 17.5-30.5

-Study involves 1 stay of 22 nights & 1 follow-up visit

-Compensation up $9,889 may be provided for time and participation

-Refer a friend to receive $250 per qualified referral
