Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease dementia or dementia with Lewy bodies.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of itraconazole, carbamazepine, and cyclosporine on the amount of the study drug and a breakdown product that reach the blood stream and how long the body takes to get rid of these drugs. The safety and tolerability of the study drug, when given with itraconazole, carbamazepine, or cyclosporine will also be evaluated. Information about any side effects that may occur will also be collected

Fortrea Dallas, TX is recruiting for: 

- Healthy Non-Smoking Adults, age 18-65 

- Body Mass Index between 18-32 

- Study involves 1 stay of 3 nights & 1 follow-up visit 

- Compensation up to $3,001 may be provided for time and participation 

- Refer a friend to receive $300 per qualified referral
