Study Details
This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of fragile X syndrome, an inherited condition that causes intellectual disability.
Madison, WI is currently recruiting Healthy Men, age 18-55.

- Participants must have a BMI of:
- 18-32
Smoking criteria
- Smoking is not allowed. You will be tested for cotinine at screening.
Screening procedures
- Screening procedures for this study may include:
- Vitals
- Physical examination
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- ECG patches need to be applied in direct contact to the skin; therefore, chest hair may need to be shaved or undergarments may need to be removed where the patches need to contact the skin
- Collection of blood samples
- Drug and Alcohol testing
