Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for the potential treatment of obesity and overweight conditions.  

Madison, WI is currently recruiting Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential with Overweight of Obesity who are Otherwise Healthy, age 18-65.

Women Eligibility Criteria

• Women must be non-childbearing potential
  • Permanently sterile at least 6 weeks prior to screening:
    • hysterectomy
    • bilateral oophorectomy
    • bilateral salpingectomy
    • bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
  • Postmenopausal

Body Mass Index

• Participants must have a BMI of:
  • 27-35

Smoking criteria

• Smoking is allowed under a certain amount

Screening procedures

• Screening procedures for this study may include:
  • Vitals
  • Physical examination
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
