Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of certain cancers that have a genetic mutation (a change in your DNA) for FGFR3 (a gene that creates a protein in your body).

Madison, WI is currently recruiting Healthy Adults, ages 18-60.

Women Eligibility Criteria

• Women can be of childbearing potential or non-childbearing potential.

Body Mass Index

• Participants must have a BMI of:
  • 18-32

Smoking Criteria

• Smoking is not allowed. You will be tested for cotinine at screening. 

Screening procedures

• Screening procedures for this study may include:
  • Vitals
  • Physical examination
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
