Join a Women’s Health Study. Overweight Postmenopausal Women Needed

Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for long-term weight management in adults with obesity or overweight. 

Fortrea Madison, WI is currently recruiting Healthy Post-menopausal Overweight Women, age 45-65

Refer a friend & receive $500 per qualified referral.  

Women Eligibility Criteria

Women must be postmenopausal or surgically sterile

Procedures approved to schedule for screening:

• endometrial ablation
• hysterectomy (removal of the uterus)
• bilateral oophorectomy (removal of both ovaries)
• bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (removal of both Fallopian tubes and both ovaries)
• postmenopausal - no periods for at least 12 consecutive months

*Surgeries must be performed at least 6 months prior to screening. 

Body Mass Index

• Participants must have a BMI of:
  • 25-35

Smoking criteria

• Smoking is not allowed. You will be tested for cotinine at screening. 
   

Screening procedures

• Screening procedures for this study may include:
  • Vitals
  • Physical examination
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Pregnancy test; follicle-stimulating hormone test
  • Neurologic examination
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
