Join a Women’s Health Study. Overweight Postmenopausal Women Needed

Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed for long-term weight management in adults with obesity or overweight. 

Fortrea Dallas, TX is currently recruiting Healthy Post-menopausal Overweight Women, age 45-65
 

Women Eligibility Criteria

Women must be postmenopausal or surgically sterile

Procedures approved to schedule for screening:

• endometrial ablation
• hysterectomy (removal of the uterus)
• bilateral oophorectomy (removal of both ovaries)
• bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (removal of both Fallopian tubes and both ovaries)
• postmenopausal - no periods for at least 12 consecutive months

*Surgeries must be performed at least 6 months prior to screening. 

Body Mass Index

Participants must have a BMI of:
25-35
 

Smoking criteria

Smoking is not allowed
 

Screening procedures

Screening procedures for this study may include:
Vitals
Physical examination
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
Collection of blood samples
Pregnancy test; follicle-stimulating hormone test
Neurologic examination
Drug and Alcohol testing
