Healthy Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential who are Overweight or Obese needed.

Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed as a supplemental therapy to diet and physical activity for weight management in adults with obesity or who are overweight with other weight-related conditions. You will receive multiple oral (by mouth) doses of study drug over 8 weeks.

You will receive the study drug from site staff when you are at the study site. In addition, you will be trained on how to take the study drug on your own when you are not at the study site. You will be provided with a diary and trained on how to use the diary to document when you take the study drug on your own. 

Daytona Beach, FL is currently recruiting Healthy Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential, ages 18-65, who are Overweight or Obese.

Women Eligibility Criteria

• Women must be non-childbearing potential
  • Permanently sterile at least 6 weeks prior to screening:
    • hysterectomy
    • bilateral oophorectomy
    • bilateral salpingectomy
  • Postmenopausal

Body Mass Index

• Participants must have a BMI of:
  • 25-45

Screening procedures

• Screening procedures for this study may include:
  • Vitals
  • Physical examination
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
