Healthy Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential who are Overweight or Obese needed.

Study Details

This is a research study for an investigational drug being developed as a supplemental therapy to diet and physical activity for weight management in adults with obesity or who are overweight with other weight-related conditions. You will receive multiple oral (by mouth) doses of study drug over 10 weeks.

Daytona Beach, FL is currently recruiting Healthy Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential, ages 18-65, who are Overweight or Obese.

Women Eligibility Criteria

• Women must be non-childbearing potential
  • Permanently sterile at least 6 weeks prior to screening:
    • hysterectomy
    • bilateral oophorectomy
    • bilateral salpingectomy
  • Postmenopausal

Body Mass Index

• Participants must have a BMI of:
  • 25-45

Screening procedures

• Screening procedures for this study may include:
  • Vitals
  • Physical examination
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
