Males and Surgically Sterile or Postmenopausal Females aged 18 to 55

This study involves a 3 night stay, up to 15 outpatient visits with a potential follow up call.

Additional Details

This study is available to males and surgically sterilised/postmenopausal females aged 18-55 with a BMI between 18 and 32.5. Volunteers must have been non smokers for at least the last 12 months. Gilberts syndrome is acceptable. HRT is not acceptable.  There is a vegetarian menu available on this study.

** Group 10a will either finish on 10 Sep 2024 with a follow up call, or on 16 Sep 2024 with an outpatient visit. This will depend on certain results after you have been given the study drug.
