Study Details
This study involves a thirty-two night stay with one outpatient visit.
Additional Details
This study is available to males and females aged 18-85 with a BMI between 18.5 and 30. Males must have a weight between 50kg and 100kg. Females must have a weight between 40kg and 90kg. Volunteers can be smokers of up to 5 cigarettes (or equivalent) per week, but must be willing to refrain during the residential stay. Gilberts syndrome is not acceptable. The use of HRT for postmenopausal females is acceptable. There is a vegetarian menu available on this study.
