Study Details
The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the treatment of certain types of cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of multiple doses of itraconazole on the amount of study drug that gets into the blood stream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. Itraconazole is a medication used to treat a variety of fungal infections. In addition, the safety and tolerability of the study drug when given alone and with itraconazole will be evaluated.
Fortrea Daytona Beach, FL is recruiting for:
- Healthy Non-Smoking Men, age 18-45
- Body Mass Index between 18-32
- Study involves 2 separate stays of 2 nights & 20 follow-up visits
- Compensation up to $10,114 may be provided for time and participation
- Refer a friend to receive up to $500 per qualified referral
