Study Details
The purpose of part C is to evaluate the safety and tolerability (side effects) of the study drug, how much of the study drug and its breakdown products get into the blood stream and urine and how long it takes the body to get rid of them. During the study you will be given a single, oral dose of the study drug or placebo (inactive drug) at increasing dose levels.

-Healthy Adults, age 65-80
-Body Mass Index between 18-32
-Study involves 1 stay of 3 nights & 1 follow-up visit
-Compensation up to $3.150 may be provided for time and participation
-Refer a friend to receive $300 per qualified referral
